Ingredients

  • 4 slices - white bread, cut diagonally
  • For batter:
  • 1 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tbsp - Rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - coriander
  • 3/4 cups - water
  • For chutney mix:
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1/2 piece - Tomato
  • 3 tbsp - coriander
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 - Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Tasty Bread Pakora

  • Mix all the ingredients for the batter into a smooth paste.
  • Dip bread pieces in it and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Grind all the ingredients of the chutney mix together with a little water.
  • Soak the bread pakoras in chutney while serving.
