  • 1 lb chicken, boneless
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • A pinch Turmeric
  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 inch ginger, crushed
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Tasty Chicken Fry:

    1. Wash the chicken pieces. Pressure cook it with 1/2 tsp salt, turmeric, ginger and chilli powder.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for half a minute.
    3. Now add boiled chicken pieces and fry till the chicken pieces become brown in colour.
    4. Now add chilli powder, salt, masala powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and fry till all the powders are evenly distributed.
    5. Serve hot with rice and sambhar.
