  • 1 lb chicken, boneless
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • A pinch turmeric
  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 inch ginger, crushed
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Tasty Chicken Fry

  • Wash the chicken pieces. Pressure cook it with 1/2 tsp salt, turmeric, ginger and chilli powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for half a minute.
  • Now add boiled chicken pieces and fry till the chicken pieces become brown in colour.
  • Now add chilli powder, salt, masala powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder and fry till all the powders are evenly distributed.
  • Serve hot with rice and sambhar.
