Tasty Chicken Kiev is a family friendly recipe from Russia. One of the most loved chicken recipes - Chicken Kiev, is a wholesome feast made with juicy chicken, spicy garlic and yummy butter. The flour-coated chicken pieces are dipped in egg and then rolled in bread crumbs to make it extra crispy. This Chicken Kiev is filled with flavourful ingredients, imparting an awesome taste like never before. 

Note: Make sure they are properly sealed to avoid bursting during cooking.


  • 8 large Chicken breast, skinned
  • 225 gms. Butter
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper
  • For the Coating:
  • 2 tbsps. Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 225 gms. dried white breadcrumbs
  • How to Make Tasty Chicken Kiev:

    1. Place chicken breast between two pieces of damp greaseproof paper. Beat with a rolling pin until ½ cm thick.
    2. Beat butter, garlic, seasoning and parsley together until smooth and form into a long roll.
    3. Place the skinned chicken side down on a board and place one piece of butter on each breast.
    4. Fold the end of the breast over the butter, then fold the sides inwards to the centre and roll up, enclosing the butter completely.
    5. Coat well in the seasoned flour, dip in egg and roll each one in the breadcrumbs.
    6. Make sure they are well sealed to prevent bursting when cooking.
    7. Finally, drain on kitchen paper. Tasty and Crispy Chicken Kiev is ready.
