How to Make Tasty Dosa

  • Soak all the ingredients in cold water till the evening. Grind the ingredients. Add salt, cover and leave it to ferment overnight. The dosa dough is ready the next morning.
  • Take a flat pan and carefully spread the dough over on the pan evenly. Add 1 tsp of oil and cook the dosa on both sides. Serve with coconut chutney or other pickles.
