Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/4 cup - boiled Rice
  • 1/4 cup - Channa dal
  • 1 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Tasty Dosa:

    1. Soak all the ingredients in cold water till the evening. Grind the ingredients. Add salt, cover and leave it to ferment overnight. The dosa dough is ready the next morning.
    2. Take a flat pan and carefully spread the dough over on the pan evenly. Add 1 tsp of oil and cook the dosa on both sides. Serve with coconut chutney or other pickles.
