Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - basmati Rice
  • Sliced red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
  • Sliced green Capsicum -1/4 cup
  • Sliced Cabbage - 1/4 cup
  • Sliced red Onion - 4 tbsp
  • Sliced Carrot - 4 tbsp
  • Finely chopped Spring onions - 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped beans - 1 cup
  • Corn - 3 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 1.5 tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • How to Make Tasty Fried rice:

    1. Cook the rice and keep aside.
    2. In a pan add oil.
    3. Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic, onions, red bell pepper, green capsicum, beans, carrot, spring onion, corn, cabbage and cook until vegetables are slightly tender.
    4. Mix well and toss for 2 minutes.
    5. Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, lime juice, pepper powder and rice. Mix well.
