  • 1 cup - Milk powder
  • 1/3 cup - pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup - Wheat flour
  • Heavy whipped Cream to knead
  • Oil or shortening to fry
  • 1 cup - Sugar syrup

How to Make Tasty Gulab Jamun

  • Sieve milk powder, pancake mix and wheat flour together.
  • Knead it into a dough using whipped cream.
  • The kneaded dough should be like that of chapatti.
  • Keep it for at least 2 hours.
  • Make small balls of the dough and deep fry at low heat.
  • Put the balls directly in the mildly-heated sugar syrup.
