Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups - cashew powder
  • 1.75 cups - Sugar
  • 1.75 cups - water
  • 2 tbsp - liquid glucose
  • 1.5 tbsp - Ghee
  • Edible silver foil
  • How to Make Tasty Kaju Katli:

    1. Cook sugar and water together till the syrup becomes sticky and forms threads, when taken between two fingers.
    2. Add liquid glucose and ghee and stir well.
    3. Add cashew powder, stirring continuously till a smooth dough forms.
    4. Grease a flat surface and spread the dough approximately to 1 cm thickness.
    5. Paste the silver foil over the dough.
    6. Cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
