Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups - cashew powder
  • 1.75 cups - Sugar
  • 1.75 cups - water
  • 2 tbsp - liquid glucose
  • 1.5 tbsp - Ghee
  • Edible silver foil

How to Make Tasty Kaju Katli

  • Cook sugar and water together till the syrup becomes sticky and forms threads, when taken between two fingers.
  • Add liquid glucose and ghee and stir well.
  • Add cashew powder, stirring continuously till a smooth dough forms.
  • Grease a flat surface and spread the dough approximately to 1 cm thickness.
  • Paste the silver foil over the dough.
  • Cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
