Ingredients

  • Rawa - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1.5 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups
  • Cashew - as needed, fried in Ghee
  • Food colour - a pinch
  • Milk - 3 tsp
  • Water - as needed
  • Salt - a pinch
  • How to Make Tasty Kesari:

    1. Heat the tawa and pour 1/2 a cup of ghee.
    2. Add rawa and fry it, until the raw smell disappears.
    3. In another kadai boil water.
    4. Add sugar and food colour in it.
    5. While the sugar melts, add the rawa.
    6. Now add the remaining amount of ghee, cashews, salt and milk.
    7. Cook till done.
    8. Kesari is ready to serve.
