  • Rawa - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1.5 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups
  • Cashew - as needed, fried in ghee
  • Food colour - a pinch
  • Milk - 3 tsp
  • Water - as needed
  • Salt - a pinch

How to Make Tasty Kesari

  • Heat the tawa and pour 1/2 a cup of ghee.
  • Add rawa and fry it, until the raw smell disappears.
  • In another kadai boil water.
  • Add sugar and food colour in it.
  • While the sugar melts, add the rawa.
  • Now add the remaining amount of ghee, cashews, salt and milk.
  • Cook till done.
  • Kesari is ready to serve.
