  • 1 cup leftover Rice
  • 2 long thin sliced Onions
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Udad Dal
  • 2 tbsp Cumin & Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp whole Coriander
  • 1 tbsp whole Pepper corn
  • 2 tbsp Til
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Few Curry Leaves

How to Make Tasty Leftover Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, mustard seeds, udad dal, whole coriander, pepper corn, curry leaves.
  • When it begins to crackle, add chopped green chillies, til, add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
  • Add leftover rice, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
