How to Make Tasty Malai Kofta

  • For Kofta: Shred paneer and potatoes.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and amchur powder.
  • Make a smooth dough.
  • Make rolls of desired shape.
  • Heat oil in wide bottom pan and deep fry the kofta in oil.
  • Keep it aside.
  • For Gravy:
  • Grind onion, garlic ginger and green chillies in mixie.
  • Heat oil in heavy pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
  • Now add onion, ginger, garlic paste into it and stir until oil separates.
  • Add tomato paste in it and stir it.
  • Add salt, chilli powder in it and stir until oil separates.
  • Add milk in paste.
  • Add small quantity of water, boil it.
  • Cover it, turn off the gas and add garam masala.
  • Before serving boil gravy and add prepared koftas in it.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and whipping cream before serving.
