  • 100g - Paneer
  • 2 - boiled Potatoes
  • 1 - onion, ground
  • 1 floret - garlic, grinded
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped fine
  • 1 cup - Tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp - amchur powder
  • Small quantity of Ginger ground
  • chopped Coriander leaves
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tasty Malai Kofta:

    1. For Kofta: Shred paneer and potatoes.
    2. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and amchur powder.
    3. Make a smooth dough.
    4. Make rolls of desired shape.
    5. Heat oil in wide bottom pan and deep fry the kofta in oil.
    6. Keep it aside.
    7. For Gravy:
    8. Grind onion, garlic ginger and green chillies in mixie.
    9. Heat oil in heavy pan, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
    10. Now add onion, ginger, garlic paste into it and stir until oil separates.
    11. Add tomato paste in it and stir it.
    12. Add salt, chilli powder in it and stir until oil separates.
    13. Add milk in paste.
    14. Add small quantity of water, boil it.
    15. Cover it, turn off the gas and add garam masala.
    16. Before serving boil gravy and add prepared koftas in it.
    17. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and whipping cream before serving.
