Ingredients

  • Moong dal - 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal- 1/2 cup
  • Channa dal - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 10
  • Onion - 1
  • Mint - 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander - 1/2 bunch
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tasty Masala vada:

    1. Soak all the pulses overnight and grind it coarsely along with green chillies, ginger and salt.
    2. Add finely chopped coriander, onion, mint and curry leaves to the above mixture.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Make small flat rolls of the mixture and deep fry the vadas.
