How to Make Tasty Masala vada

  • Soak all the pulses overnight and grind it coarsely along with green chillies, ginger and salt.
  • Add finely chopped coriander, onion, mint and curry leaves to the above mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Make small flat rolls of the mixture and deep fry the vadas.
