  • 2 - small potatoes
  • 10-12 - small carrots

How to Make Tasty Mixed Vegetable Curry

  • Pour oil in kadai and add mustard and cumin.
  • After it splutters, add onions and fry for 5 mins or till it is cooked halfway. Now add all the vegetables, except peas.
  • Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder according to your taste.
  • After the vegetables are half cooked, add peas and stir often till it is done.
  • Finally sprinkle little sugar.
