  • 2 - onions
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 4 pods - garlic
  • 4 dry - chillies
  • 2 tsp - tamarind paste
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Tasty onion chutney

  • Dice onions. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai.
  • Add jeera followed by garlic.
  • Then add dry chillies and mix it well.
  • Add onions and fry it well on a low flame.
  • See that it does not discolour.
  • Lastly, add salt according to taste.
  • Wait for the above to cool, then grind it into a paste.
