  • 250 g - paneer (cottage cheese )
  • 2 - tomatoes, medium
  • 2 - onions, medium
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp - cream
  • 1 tsp - dry methi leaves, full (washed)

How to Make Tasty Paneer in Cream

  • Wash and cut paneer into long pieces. Keep aside.
  • Pressure cook tomato and onion together on high till 2 whistles, with a little less than 1/2 a cooker of water.
  • Take out when pressure cooked and set aside along with water.
  • Cool and grind with water as to make a soup and then strain water in a saucepan.
  • Bring the soup to a boil and pour cream. Let it boil for at least 10 mins.
  • Now, add salt and turmeric powder, stir and let it boil for 1 min.
  • Add the chunks of paneer and washed methi leaves.
  • Boil for another 2 mins on high.
  • Serve this with parathas.
