  • 250 g - Paneer (cottage cheese )
  • 2 - tomatoes, medium
  • 2 - onions, medium
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp - Cream
  • 1 tsp - dry Methi leaves, full (washed)
  • How to Make Tasty Paneer in Cream:

    1. Wash and cut paneer into long pieces. Keep aside.
    2. Pressure cook tomato and onion together on high till 2 whistles, with a little less than 1/2 a cooker of water.
    3. Take out when pressure cooked and set aside along with water.
    4. Cool and grind with water as to make a soup and then strain water in a saucepan.
    5. Bring the soup to a boil and pour cream. Let it boil for at least 10 mins.
    6. Now, add salt and turmeric powder, stir and let it boil for 1 min.
    7. Add the chunks of paneer and washed methi leaves.
    8. Boil for another 2 mins on high.
    9. Serve this with parathas.
