  • 200g - wheat flour
  • 200g - paneer (grated)
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Small piece ginger
  • Big pinch turmeric powder -
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water - to knead dough

How to Make Tasty Paneer Paratha

  • Knead the flour with some water into a dough and keep it aside.
  • For filling:
  • Cut ginger, chillies into small pieces.
  • Heat some oil in a kadai, and add ginger, chillies, grated paneer, turmeric powder and salt, and fry till water dries.
  • Make sure not to burn the paneer.
  • Make balls with the atta. Take one ball and roll into a flat paratha.
  • Add some filling and bring the 4 corners of paratha to the centre. Press gently, lightly dab with atta flour and roll it out.
  • Heat a tawa on the stove. When it comes to medium heat, put the paratha and coat the sides with oil/ ghee.
  • When one side is done turn it and follow the same procedure.
  • When it turns golden brown, take it out and serve it with raitha of your choice.
