  • 200g - Wheat flour
  • 200g - Paneer (grated)
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • Small piece Ginger
  • Big pinch Turmeric powder -
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water - to knead dough
  • How to Make Tasty Paneer Paratha:

    1. Knead the flour with some water into a dough and keep it aside.
    2. For filling:
    3. Cut ginger, chillies into small pieces.
    4. Heat some oil in a kadai, and add ginger, chillies, grated paneer, turmeric powder and salt, and fry till water dries.
    5. Make sure not to burn the paneer.
    6. Make balls with the atta. Take one ball and roll into a flat paratha.
    7. Add some filling and bring the 4 corners of paratha to the centre. Press gently, lightly dab with atta flour and roll it out.
    8. Heat a tawa on the stove. When it comes to medium heat, put the paratha and coat the sides with oil/ ghee.
    9. When one side is done turn it and follow the same procedure.
    10. When it turns golden brown, take it out and serve it with raitha of your choice.
