Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1.5 cups - self rising flour
  • 1 cup - pistachio, chopped
  • 2 tsp - Orange blossom water
  • 1/2 cup - fresh Milk
  • Topping ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups - icing Sugar
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - ground Pistachios
  • 2 tsp - Orange blossom water
  • How to Make Tasty Pistachio Cake:

    1. Whip the butter with sugar.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients gradually while whipping and until combined.
    3. Pour the mixture in a round cake mould and bake at 150 C for 40 mins.
    4. Combine the topping ingredients and spread it on the top of the cake.
    5. Decorate and serve.
