Ingredients

  • 4.5 cups - Ragi flour
  • 1 cup - Urad Dal
  • salt to taste.
  • How to Make Tasty Ragi Dosas:

    1. Soak urad dal for minimum four hours.
    2. Grind it in the mixer till it becomes a paste.
    3. Mix it with ragi flour, add a little salt to taste.
    4. Let the batter ferment overnight.
    5. Use the batter to make dosas.
    6. Serve hot.
