Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Dry Milk powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 4 - Elaichis
  • 5 - 6 - Almonds for garnishing
  • 1/4 litre - Milk.

How to Make Tasty Rasmalai

  • Mix milk powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Now beat the egg and add to the milk powder mix.
  • Divide it into equal portions in the shape of balls.
  • Meanwhile, boil milk in a pan.
  • Add the balls to the Boiled milk.
  • Sprinkle elaichi powder.
  • Let it simmer for 5 mins.
  • Now add the sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool.
  • Serve cold.
