  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2.5 cups - water
  • Kesari (edible yellow colour)
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • Cashew nuts for garnishing
  • How to Make Tasty Rava Kesari:

    1. Roast rava in 1 tsp of ghee till they become slightly brown.
    2. Heat water.
    3. Add boiling water to rava and stir for about 2 minutes.
    4. Mix a pinch of kesari in water and add it to the mixture.
    5. Add sugar and keep stirring till it dissolves.
    6. Add ghee, little by little, until the mixture stops sticking to the sides of the pan.
    7. Roast cashew nuts in ghee and garnish before serving.
