Ingredients

  • 2 cups - semolina (rawa)
  • 2 cups - powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup - melted Ghee
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - finely chopped Cashew nuts
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - Raisins
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 4 to 6 tbsp - Milk
  • How to Make Tasty Rawa Ladoo:

    1. Heat a little ghee at a time and fry coconut, cashew nut and raisins separately.
    2. Roast rawa with remaining ghee.
    3. Cool and grind in a mixer to a slightly coarse powder.
    4. Mix with fried coconut, cashew nut and raisins.
    5. Add cardamom powder.
    6. Sprinkle milk little at a time till the mixture holds together.
    7. Cool slightly and shape into laddoos.
