Ingredients

  • 4 - big size Tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 - big Onion (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp - Chana dal (soaked overnight)
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - masala powder (sambar powder)
  • Seasoning:
  • Mustard
  • Urad Dal
  • Hing
  • Turmeric
  • Kadi patta
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • oil
  • How to Make Tasty Tomato Bhaji:

    1. Heat oil and add seasoning. Add chana, fry for 2 minutes and add tomatoes and onion.
    2. After it is fried well, add sugar, salt and masala powder. Do not add any water.
    3. Fry till the whole thing becomes like a paste.
    4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. While serving apply butter or cheese.
