Ingredients

  • 700 ml - Milk powder
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 30 ml - rose water or brandy
  • 2 tbsp - custard powder
  • 1 tbsp - china grass powder
  • 1 tbsp - Cream or thick malai
  • ¼ tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Tasty Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Mix custard powder in a little cold milk and stir it till it gets dissolved.
  • Pour it into the boiled milk. Add sugar.
  • Mix Chinagrass in cold milk and pour it in the boiled milk.
  • Then close the gas.
  • When the milk cools down, add the brandy or rose water, cream and vanilla essence. Stir it for a second.
  • Pour the mixture in aluminium ice cream moulds and keep it in the deep freezer.
  • When the icecream becomes hard, churn it again and keep it in the freezer. Remove and serve when ready.
