  • Paratas - as required
  • 50g boiled Rajma
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp kitchen king masala
  • 1 pinch salt for taste
  • 1 pinch chat masala
  • 1 tbsp kiss an fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • How to Make Tawa Rajma Roll:

    1. Heat pan. Add oil. Add cumin and wait till they crackle.
    2. Add chopped onion and sautee till it becomes brown.
    3. Add ginger garlic and tomato.
    4. Stir for 2 minutes.
    5. Now, add rest of the dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
    6. Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
    7. Add the capsicum, rajma and mix well.
    8. Cook for 2- 3 minutes more.
    9. Add coriander to garnish.
    10. Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
    11. Your yummy tawa rajma roll is ready.
