  • Paratas - as required
  • 50g boiled Rajma
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onions
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli
  • 1 pinch Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tbsp kitchen king masala
  • 1 pinch salt for taste
  • 1 pinch chat masala
  • 1 tbsp kiss an fresh Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp oil

How to Make Tawa Rajma Roll

  • Heat pan. Add oil. Add cumin and wait till they crackle.
  • Add chopped onion and sautee till it becomes brown.
  • Add ginger garlic and tomato.
  • Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Now, add rest of the dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  • Add the capsicum, rajma and mix well.
  • Cook for 2- 3 minutes more.
  • Add coriander to garnish.
  • Place the sabji on paratha and roll.
  • Your yummy tawa rajma roll is ready.
