Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Tender Coconut water
  • 1 cup - Condensed Milk | 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tsp - China grass
  • Dry fruits for garnishing

How to Make Tender Coconut Pudding

  • Mix the coconut water and China grass and boil until the grass melts and liquidifies.
  • Boil the milk and add the condensed milk to it.
  • Mix well and add sugar to it.
  • Now add the China grass and the coconut mixture and leave it to set in a serving bowl.
  • Cool for an hour and serve topped with dry fruits.
  • Can be served hot or cold.
