Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Masoor dal
  • 5 to 6 - Roselle (Tengamora)
  • 1/2 tsp - Paas phooron
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 - Green chilli
  • 3 tsp - Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tengamora diya Dail:

    1. Boil the dal with roselles, salt, turmeric powder and green chillies.
    2. In another pan, heat oil, and add the Paas-Phooron
    3. When the Paas-Phooron stops spluttering, add the boiled dal.
    4. Cook on a low flame for 5-6 minutes and garnish with coriander.
