  • 6 chicken breasts, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp - fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 tsp - grape juice
  • 4 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp - olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp - toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Teriyaki chicken nuggets

  • Mix soya sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and grape juice in a bowl. Add chicken. Mix well. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Combine the olive oil and sesame oil in a large frying pan.
  • Cook the chicken nuggets in batches until well browned and well done.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken nuggets.
  • Stick a toothpick into each nugget and serve with hot chilli sauce.
