  • 2 cups - Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp - fish sauce
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - ginger, sliced thin and long
  • 2 cups - chopped Celery
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 3 - small chillies, chopped

How to Make Thai Celery and coconut cream soup

  • Combine coconut cream, fish sauce, water and ginger in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the celery. Within the next minute add the salt.
  • Remove from the heat immediately after.
  • Add lemon juice and chillies just before serving. Serve hot.
