How to Make Thai cucumber and pineapple Salad

  • Cube the pineapple and cucumber.
  • Then combine the pineapple, cucumber, soy sauce and the red chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Coarse grind the roasted peanuts in a mixer and add to the salad.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
