Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Maggi noodles (any flavour)
  • 2 tbsp - slivered Almonds
  • 2 tsp - sesame seeds
  • 1/2 kg - finely shredded Savoy Cabbage
  • For dressing
  • 4 tbsp - powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce

How to Make Thai Salad

  • Break the noodles into small pieces. (Discard the seasoning packet, you do not need it.) Roast the noodle pieces, almonds and sesame seeds till slightly golden brown.
  • Let this cool.
  • Now in a chutney grinder, blend the soya sauce and sugar.
  • Mix the noodle mixture with the cabbage and soya sauce mixture thoroughly.
  • Keep in fridge for 15 minutes or serve immediately.
  • You can also adjust the amount of sugar and soya sauce according to your taste.
