Ingredients

  • Jowar Flour - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Gram Flour (besan) - 1/4 cup
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1
  • Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2
  • Small bunch of Coriander
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Thalipit:

    1. Put all the flours in a container, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add 2 cups water and make a dough.
    2. Take a flat pan, apply oil, put some dough on it, flatten the dough and keep it on gas for 10 minutes until it looks brown.
    3. Serve with pickle or curd.
