  • 6 cups - buttermilk (add 4 cups water to 2 cups of sweet curds and mix well)
  • Green Chillies 2-3
  • Ginger small piece (or as per the taste)
  • Pudina (Mint) leaves (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves (fresh and finely chopped) as per the taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Thanda Thanda Cool Cool

  • Make a paste of ginger and chillies. Chop the mint leaves finely.
  • Add these ingredients to buttermilk along with curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix them thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator.
