Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - chilli paste
  • 4 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 500 gms - shark
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • How to Make Thato (Shark) Fried:

    1. Skin the shark and slice into 1-inch pieces and clean thoroughly
    2. Make a paste of chilli, turmeric powder and salt in vinegar and apply the paste on the slices and keep aside for 30 minutes.
    3. Now coat the fish with bread crumbs or rava.
    4. In a flat frying pan, pour cooking oil and heat.
    5. Then shallow fry the fish in medium flame until both sides are done. Serve hot.
