Ingredients

  • 1 cup - shrimps
  • 1 - Tomato chopped finely
  • 2 - Onion chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • chopped Coriander leaves
  • Make a paste of:
  • 2 - Kashmiri chillies
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 2 - Garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - bottle masala (garam masala)
  • salt as per taste
  • How to Make Theekha Shrimp Masala:

    1. Wash and clean the shrimps.
    2. Heat the oil in a pan.
    3. Fry the onions till they get a golden brown tinge.
    4. Fry the tomatoes for 2 mins.
    5. Add the paste and simmer it for 2 mins.
    6. Add shrimps and water as required
    7. Let is cook for 5-10 mins.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    9. Serve hot.
