How to Make Thenga Araicha Kuzhambu

  • Roast fenugreek, urad dal and red chillies in a little oil and grind with fresh coconut.
  • Boil the vegetables in tamarind extract and add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder.
  • When done, add the ground paste and bring to a boil.
  • Finally, add the seasoning and serve hot with rice.
