Ingredients

  • 1 cup - long grain Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Toor Dal
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • How to Make Therali Adai:

    1. Soak the three overnight. Grind them well and allow it ferment for the day.
    2. The batter should be slightly thicker than that for dosa.
    3. Heat the Tava.
    4. When hot put some oil and then the batter. Spread it evenly.
    5. The adai has to be thick and cannot be eaten like paper dosa.
    6. This goes well with milagai podi.
