Ingredients

  • 1 cup - long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup - toor dal
  • 1 tsp - methi seeds

How to Make Therali Adai

  • Soak the three overnight. Grind them well and allow it ferment for the day.
  • The batter should be slightly thicker than that for dosa.
  • Heat the Tava.
  • When hot put some oil and then the batter. Spread it evenly.
  • The adai has to be thick and cannot be eaten like paper dosa.
  • This goes well with milagai podi.
