Ingredients

  • Milk - 2 to 3 litres
  • Sugar - 1.5 to 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Therati Paal:

    1. Boil the milk on sim, stirring continuously.
    2. When it thickens, add sugar, cardamom powder and keep stirring.
    3. After an hour, the milk will reach semi-solid state and turn light orange in colour.
    4. Remove from flame and cool for it to solidify.
