  • 3 cups - besan
  • 3 cups - sugar
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 50g - cashews
  • 3 drops - rose essence
  • 3 cups - ghee or margarine

How to Make Thiripagam

  • Boil the milk and sprinkle the besan. Stir it well without any lumps.
  • Powder the cashews, add it along with sugar and ghee. Stir it continuously till it gets the consistency of a halwa.
  • Add 3 drops of rose essence and allow it to cool for 15 mins.
  • Then make small balls and pack it in the oil paper.
