How to Make Thiyare

  • Cook the rice separately.
  • Clean the coriander leaves and chop them finely.
  • Heat about 3 tsps of oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Then add jeera, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
  • Fry the contents of the pan for about 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Mix rice and add salt to taste.
