Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked white Chana
  • 1 cup - cooked brown Chana
  • 1 cup - cooked green Chana
  • 1/2 cup - green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - yellow capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • Lettuce to garnish
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Three Chana and Capsicum Salad

  • Soak the three Chanas separately and cook separately to retain their color.
  • Combine first set of ingredients together.
  • Combine the dressing ingredients together and pour over the Chana mixture.
  • Toss and serve, topped with shredded lettuce.
