Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked white Chana
  • 1 cup - cooked brown Chana
  • 1 cup - cooked green Chana
  • 1/2 cup - green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - yellow capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp - yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • Lettuce to garnish
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Three Chana and Capsicum Salad:

    1. Soak the three Chanas separately and cook separately to retain their color.
    2. Combine first set of ingredients together.
    3. Combine the dressing ingredients together and pour over the Chana mixture.
    4. Toss and serve, topped with shredded lettuce.
