Ingredients

  • 6 - bread slices
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup - coriander chutney
  • 1/2 cup - sweet and sour chutney
  • 1/2 cup - coriander, fresh chopped
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • How to Make Three in one with bread:

    1. As the first step, cut the bread slices into four pieces, deep-fry and keep aside.
    2. Mash potato. Chop the onion and tomato.
    3. For bread papdi:
    4. Take 4 to 5 slices of fried bread. Place some mashed potato, chopped onion and tomato on the fried bread.
    5. Put the tomato sauce, coriander chutney and sweet and sour chutney on it and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve.
    6. For bread gulab jamun:
    7. Make sugar syrup of single string consistency. As soon as you remove the syrup from fire, put the fried pieces of bread in it. Remove as soon as it soaks up the syrup and serve.
    8. For bread dahi vada: Beat the curd and add 1/2 tsp salt. Put the fried bread pieces in it and serve a few on a platter. Garnish with the chutney, chopped onion, tomato and coriander.
