Ingredients

  • 2 cups - shelled edamame beans
  • 2 cups - soft or firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp - mild miso paste
  • 2 tsp - cumin seeds (powdered)
  • 3 cloves - garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - red chilli flakes
  • 1 - lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt if needed

How to Make Three-Soy Hummus

  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
