Ingredients

  • 2 cups - shelled edamame beans
  • 2 cups - soft or firm Tofu
  • 1 tbsp - mild miso paste
  • 2 tsp - Cumin seeds (powdered)
  • 3 Cloves - Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 - Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • Salt if needed
  • How to Make Three-Soy Hummus:

    1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
