Ingredients

  • 1 - fresh grated coconut
  • 1 cup - Yogurt (Dahi)
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • Cumin
  • Asafoetida
  • 2 - green chillies finely chopped.
  • Few coriander springs
  • Salt and sugar to taste.

How to Make Tik Mikale

  • Mix coconut and yogurt. If yogurt is too sour, add a little milk to take the acidity out.
  • Add salt and sugar to taste.
  • Heat ghee in a small vessel and add cumin seeds. When they start spluttering, add asafoetida, green chillies and pour this on the above mixture.
  • Garnish with coriander. Enjoy.
