Ingredients

  • For filling:
  • Roasted white til - 1 cup
  • gud (jaggery) - 1 cup
  • Elaichi for flavour
  • For the dough:
  • Atta - 2 cups
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water

How to Make Til aur Gud ka Chappati

  • Make a dough of the atta and keep aside for half an hour.
  • Now roast the til and grate the jaggery.
  • In a mixer, powder the til and then add the jaggery and mix well
  • Add elaichi for flavour, if desired.
  • Now roll the dough and keep a tbsp of the filling inside the chapatti. Close it and roll out again into a small chapatti.
  • Fry the chapattis in ghee over medium flame till done.
