  • 2 cups - white Maida flour
  • 3/4 cup - Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 2 tsp - white til
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Til Jaggery Adai:

    1. Soak jaggery in water.
    2. Mix maida, white til and cardamom powder with the jaggery and make a dough.
    3. Roll into thin chapattis and deep-fry in oil.
