  • 300 gm tilapia fillet
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 gm biscuit dust
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli paste
  • How to Make Tilapia fish fry:

    1. Marinate the tilapia fish fillet with vinegar, soya sauce, garlic paste, red chilli paste and mustard sauce for about 30-45 minutes.
    2. Make a separate egg batter. Add salt for taste.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the marinated fish pieces in egg batter for half a minute, then cover them with biscuit dust. Release the fish in the frying pan when the oil is ready.
    4. Cook till one side turns golden brown. With the help of a spatula, turn the fish over carefully and cook the other side also nicely.
    5. When both sides are cooked well and have taken an attractive golden brown colour, put the fish on a serving plate.
    6. Use a tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
    7. Decorate with cut capsicum, onion, tomatoes or vegetables of your choice.
    8. A drop of lime adds extra taste.
    9. A similar dish can be tried with rohu fillets, catla fillets or pomfret fillets.
