Ingredients

  • Tofu (Firm) - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning:-
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2
  • Mustard - 1/2
  • Clove and cardamom - 2 each

How to Make Tofu Capsicum Masala

  • Slice the tofu, green pepper, onion and tomato lengthwise.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients for seasoning. Saute.
  • Add onion and saute till it becomes slightly brown.
  • Then add tomato, green pepper, garam masala and stir them for few seconds.
  • Add tofu, salt and cook with a half a cup of water covered, stir at intervals. When it becomes dry, remove it from the heat.
  • Serve.
