  • 1 packet - silken tofu (firm)
  • 2/3 cup - semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp - water

How to Make Tofu Chocolate Pudding

  • Combine the water and chocolate chips on top of a double boiler.
  • Stir until melted and the chocolate is smooth. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile drain the water from the tofu and drop it in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the pureed tofu.
  • Give it another whirl in the blender until well combined.
  • Refrigerate this for at least 2 hours. The longer you keep it, more the tofu and chocolate will mingle.
