Ingredients

  • 200g - tofu
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 - red capsicum
  • 1 - green capsicum
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard

How to Make Tofu curry

  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add finely chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, one by one. Cook on a low flame for 5 mins. Add chilli powder and salt mix well.
  • Add chopped tofu and mix well.
