Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Tofu (medium firmness)
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 1/4 cup - carrots, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 - sandwich bread slice
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 /2 tsp - Cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - peppercorn powder
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - oil for shallow frying
  • As required - water or Milk

How to Make

  • Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water or milk.
  • Squeeze and place in a bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients in the bowl.
  • Make small balls and pat them between palms to shape cutlets.
  • Heat a non-stick tava or pan, and pour oil.
  • Arrange the cutlets on the hot tava and shallow fry.
  • Flip it to roast the other side till done.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or place them in burger bun.
