  • To Marinate:
  • 1 cup - Extra firm Tofu cubes
  • 1 tsp - Dark soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup - Corn flour
  • Salt (if needed)
  • Water
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • For Manchurian:
  • 1 cup - Red and Green bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 - Onion, Chopped
  • 3 - Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp - Light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp - White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic chives or green Onions (chopped)
  • Salt (if needed)
  • How to Make Tofu Manchurian:

    1. Mix everything all the ingredients except the oil under the list to marinate.
    2. Keep aside for an hour and Deep Fried the marinated tofu cubes until they turn brown.
    3. Heat the sesame oil and add the chopped onion with minced garlic cloves. Stir for a few minutes.
    4. Add the bell peppers with light soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar.
    5. Toss everything for a few minutes or until the oil get separated. Add salt if needed.
    6. Add the deep fried tofus and mix well.
    7. Finally add the garlic, chives pieces and green onions and serve.
